Food products that Chamber Gyld provides are generally labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients from the manufacturer. Any non-labeled food always has a risk of possible allergen contamination. All clients and their guests are encouraged to read the labels before consuming. Chamber Gyld will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed including labeled and non-labeled food products.
We pride ourselves on working with small-batch and local artisan businesses and as a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion without a lot of advanced notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of being ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. If the item is especially unique and an appropriate substitution doesn’t exist, we’ll omit the item and issue a credit. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
On occasion, manufacturers may update their product packaging and ingredient lists. As a result, actual product packaging may differ from what is displayed on ChamberGyld.com. It is the responsibility of the client and guests of the client to always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. For most current and/or additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer.
Chamber Gyld has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of its products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any product will be completely accurate.
All customizable items (i.e. personalized gift tag or sticker templates, uploaded documents, custom printing) included as part of an order will be printed exactly as they are submitted by the customer. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submissions are correct. Chamber Gyld. is not responsible for any misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, or any other inaccuracies contained in any submissions provided by the customer.
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed. A validation check and authorization by the card issuer will be made and payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time an order is made.
Chamber Gyld takes care to ensure that the Site is secure and that details of your order and payment are kept confidential, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site. For customers residing in Jordan, a cash on delivery option is available as well as payment through Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card). As for customers outside of Jordan, payment shall only be made through Credit Cards and no cash on delivery option is available for international orders at the time being.
Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Provision of services shall commence when full payment has been received. Chamber Gyld shall use its best endeavours to provide the services with reasonable skill and care.
In the event that services are provided that are not in conformity with your order and thus incorrect, you should contact us within 7 calendar days to inform us of the mistake. Chamber Gyld will ensure that any necessary corrections to the services provided are made within 7 working days.
Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. When purchasing a ready gift box or creating your own all orders are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the best condition possible. We only offer exchange on items purchased domestically (Jordan) through "Shop" within 7 days of shipping the items. Products must be returned in their packaging and in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet our standard. In order to receive a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and have not been used or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable. To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you!
We Kindly require a photo of the damage, as well as all original packing material to be kept for courier inspection. Once we have reviewed the images, we will determine the appropriate compensation.
Our gift boxes and items are artisan in nature and proudly made to order! Once you place your order, allow 1-3 business days for production plus transit time for delivery, not including the date your order was placed. (For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the latest your gift would ship out would be on Thursday.)
Important Exception: Orders requiring customization (i.e. our Add-Your-Own-Logo Program orders, personalized gift tags, customized tent cards, and/or monogrammed items) are subject to production times of 10 business days plus transit time. Large bulk orders may also involve extended production times depending on the size. If production time will exceed lead times outlined above, we will reach out and provide you with an accurate ETA based on the size of your order.
The total amount presented in the order confirmation page shall be inclusive of handling, delivery and/or shipping fees. The total amount does not include custom charges, if any apply, and you hereby agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for payment of custom charges of your country and will not claim such amounts from us at any time.
Please note that ordering items that may be negatively impacted by weather is at your own risk. Quality upon delivery of these items cannot be guaranteed by Chamber Gyld. Chamber Gyld will not issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year.
During the holidays, shipping can sometimes be affected due to an increase in demand. This is especially true during high seasons such as Christmas, Ramadan, and other holidays. Gift boxes and items that are artisan and made to order can take longer to ship than other items, and delays due to shipping couriers and transit are also possible. To avoid these delays, it is important to plan ahead and order gift boxes and items as early as possible. In addition, customers should be aware of the potential for delays and plan accordingly.
We offer Same-Day Local Pickup at our showroom! Place your online order by 12 noon AST, select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll have your gift ready by 4 pm that same day and available for pickup between 4 pm - 7 pm AST or anytime the following business day between 10 am – 7 pm. Pickup is available Sat-Thurs only.

If you are sending a gift to another person, select “Send As Gift” and specify the contact name, number and location (if available). We will contact the gift recipient for location and appropriate time slot for delivery. Should the delivery charges be more than that you have selected, we have the right to charge you for the difference.
Quantities of more than five gifts may be subject to longer lead times. Same Day Local Pickup/Delivery is NOT available for Add-Your-Own-Logo orders or gifts where customization/monogramming is selected.
